When I initially emailed the merchant about not receiving the item I ordered on time, he refused to offer refund (although User agreement never  mentioned this no-refunds policy).  Then, he sent me email with fake and non-working access information.  The merchant did not give me a dedicated virtual private server.  The IP address in his email does not resolve to my chosen domain name and the merchant blocked root access.  The merchant deliberately gave me wrong access information (IP address and root password) and therefore I did not get what I paid for.  The merchant also took customer support website offline and I have no way of getting the Managed software service I paid for.  I did not get anything of value in return from this Merchant Green Value Host and now I have no use for it. In fact, I was never able to use the service because Merchant never gave me proper access.  As a result, I had to purchase service from another merchant.  Therefore, I am entitled to full refund.
